Our business is diverse and so are our people.

At NHVR we are committed to supporting a workplace that reflects the diversity of our wider community with a safe and inclusive environment where all People Matter.

We're a proud employer of people with a variety of skills, ages, experiences and abilities because we believe our differences bring us together and make us stronger.

Through our Diversity and Inclusion policy we set out how we will ensure access and opportunity for all people, increase awareness through training, and foster an inclusive, flexible, and collaborative workplace.

We value and embrace diversity and believe an inclusive environment will drive performance, innovation and productivity, ensuring our people feel supported and valued.

Reconciliation Action Plan

The NHVR’s RAP provides a framework which will further our inclusivity and contribute to national reconciliation, allowing our organisation to explore and deepen our connection with our First Nations communities by growing cultural awareness.

Our Board and Executive Leadership Team are committed to developing a workplace that reflects the diversity of our wider community through a safe and inclusive environment, and our RAP will serve as a powerful tool to do just that.

The RAP is aligned to our vision, our values and our cultural objective to become an employer of choice where we can attract and retain staff from a diversity of backgrounds and with a diversity of thought. It has a range of initiatives to build a deeper understanding of First Nations people, why reconciliation is important and how the NHVR can contribute towards this objective.
