Our interview process may involve the following steps:

Phone screen

A short phone interview with the recruitment team may be required to understand your skills and motivation for the role you’ve applied for. We’ll ask a few questions to get to know you and encourage you to ask any questions you have about the position or about us.

Testing

Certain skills may be required for the position which could require cognitive, working style, or safety and skills testing. The recruitment team will talk you through the testing process and what you need to do when the time comes.

Interview

If selected to progress from your phone interview, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and panel members for a formal interview either virtually or in person to further explore your capabilities, experience and achievements. We'll also share more about the position, and what it means to work for NHVR. During the interview, we ask behaviour-based questions that allow you to showcase your skills and abilities through examples. The interview panel will want to know what you have done, how you did it and how you might do it differently next time. Depending on the position a role play exercise maybe required.
