About the role

The Facilities Project Coordinator role will support the planning and delivery of facilities projects across our national portfolio. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and reporting whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role offered will be on a 6-month contract based  

Your scope will include minor, major capitol and non-capitol projects, working with a broad range of internal stakeholders along with managing external delivery partners, builders and suppliers.

These projects will be across our geographically dispersed location and inter/intrastate travel will be required.    

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven and effective interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and management.
  • Effective problem solving, time management and risk prioritisation skills with highly developed and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of project management including financial responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of essential services and facilities legislation, building codes and OH&S requirements

This position can be based in our Parramatta or Brisbane offices.
