About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you’ll be central in the delivery of our forward-thinking talent strategy. Supported by a small team of team TA Advisors you will deliver a seamless, end-to-end recruitment process that provides an exceptional candidate and leader experience.

Reporting to the Talent & Capability Lead, you will work closely to ensure our talent program and employer brand supports future talent readiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Empower team to embed a strong service culture that reinforces proactive talent acquisition.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our recruitment and onboarding processes through automation, self-service and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce challenges and future talent needs to shape sourcing strategies, market mapping and talent pipelines.
  • Elevate talent decisions and outcomes through leveraging data, insights, and market trends.
  • Support the delivery of key talent programs including onboarding, talent pipelines, workforce planning and employee value proposition.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Previous experience in leading teams within talent acquisition, recruitment or HR partnering.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
  • A track record of attracting high performing purpose aligned talent through effective sourcing strategies, market mapping and talent pipelines.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and deliver in a complex environment
  • A future-focused mindset, with an appetite for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring a team to foster a high performance and accountability culture.
