About the role
Working as Technical Lead - Safety and Accreditation Solutions you will lead the technical design and delivery of safety and accreditation platforms that create measurable business value.
You will establish development standards and design patterns to optimise team productivity and solution quality, while also playing a key role in advancing the integration of NHVR solutions.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Analyse business problems/opportunities in the context of NHVR’s safety and accreditation platform, identify technical solution options, assess feasibility, and recommend technical solution approaches.
- Provide feedback to Products Owners on the optimal sequencing of product roadmaps from a technical delivery perspective.
- Document product solution platform development approaches and quality standards, in alignment with NHVR data & technology architecture standards.
- Lead product data analysis and data modelling, based upon a deep understanding of the problem domain and corporate information requirements, to establish, modify or maintain data structures and their associated components.
- Work with Developers and Integration specialists to understand development challenges/issues, identify design patterns at a solution platform level, and plan implementation of selected design patterns.
- Implement design patterns and developer productivity improvements by coordinating and contributing to the development of tools, templates, libraries and frameworks.
- Identify solution platform development and integration change impacts and work with platform teams and technical change managers to plan and coordinate platform changes.
- Work collaboratively with UX/UI and the wider team to define and improve the user experience.

About You
To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified and possess proven technical lead experience with a minimum of 5 years working in an enterprise environment.
Your toolkit for success:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects across an integrated team environment.
- Awareness of and experience in widely used Agile techniques and tools: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including the design and management of Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, and the provisioning and administration of Azure cloud infrastructure and services to support scalable, production-grade application environments.
- Ability to tailor and evolve a full-stack web application solution platform based on a deep understanding of the problem domain and continual development feedback from the product teams.
