The Workplace Technology & Cloud Engineer contributes to problem-solving initiatives and continuous process improvement to maintain secure, high-performing systems. • Review tagging, cost monitoring, and consumption reports, identifying discrepancies and escalating them to the Technology Asset and Cost Manager for detailed investigation and resolution.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for cloud-based tools, ensuring ongoing optimisation and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the EUC and Infrastructure teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated issues, delivering effective solutions in a timely manner.
