About the role

Based at our Newstead office, the Change Manager – PBS Digitisation will support the PBS Digitisation Project and Change Manager for the creation of a change and engagement strategy to support the new way of working and adoption of the changes across the organisation and the NHVR industry.

They will support and execute organisational and project change management strategies.  Develop and implement communication and engagement plans and tools to enable the success of both the program and projects initiatives and initiate, influence, and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks, and address complex issues to support change

Key responsibilities of this role are:

Being a change leader for the PBS digitisation project including mentoring and coaching project teams on change management methodology and tools to uplift people capabilities and enable a consistent change approach across the project.

  • Manage and lead structured change management methodology to develop a scaled approach for managing the impact of transformational changes across various business areas within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement strategies that will drive and support organisations adoption and proficiency with changes that impact employees across all levels.
  • Identify and implement training and education requirements and developing relevant training needs analysis and plans.
  • Develop and deliver training for NHVR PBS teams and the NHVR industry.
  • Develop and deliver knowledge transfer plan for the business as usual (BAU) team.

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess

  • Have 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership change management role in a program/project environment
  • Demonstrated experience utilising a diverse range of contemporary change management methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience working on a large project with a dispersed organisation across Australia in a change management role, including organisational design, process improvement, job design, system changes, training and communications.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading projects to achieve change project outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to apply an enterprise lens.
  • Demonstrated experience in whole of organisation transformational change (processes and technology/digital).
  • Experience in developing change management artefacts e.g., Change management plans, change impact assessments, stakeholder impact analysis, engagement plans, sustainability plans, business readiness plans, communications, and training plans.
