About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our talent strategy. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs. You will take a proactive approach to sourcing high quality talent and building strong talent pipelines.  Additionally, you will provide market trends, sourcing strategies and market mapping to support future talent readiness.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee key recruitment activities, including sourcing strategy, candidate screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to address hiring needs challenges and future workforce planning
  • Develop and maintain forward looking talent pipelines to support workforce planning.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve effective hiring decision making.
  • Maintain accurate records and optimise the use of our ATS (PageUp).

This is a temporary position for approximately 12 months to support parental leave coverage.

 

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Previous inhouse talent acquisition experience in a similar business partnering position.
  • Demonstrated experience in market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles, and building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A track record of developing creative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent.
  • A customer focused mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work flexibly in a team environment.
