About the role
The primary focus of this position is to lead the management of financial and accounting services to the business, including provision of expert financial advice and to discharge the NHVR’s financial reporting responsibilities in accordance with relevant legislation and accounting standards.
Reporting to the Director Finance and working closely with the leadership team across the business you will be a key business partner in driving better financial and commercial outcomes for the organisation. You will lead and be supported by a well-established team of five professionals.
This position will be offered as a 3-year term contract with opportunity to extend.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- 15+ years’ experience in financial management/accounting roles, with associated tertiary qualifications
- Strong management experience, demonstrating leadership and mentoring teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Working knowledge of PowerBI and D365 Finance is beneficial
