About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity for a highly experienced commercial property professional to join our team at the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
As the Director Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic management of our increased property portfolio and expanding facilities and fleet. Fostering strong relationships, you will work closely with cross functional teams to create spaces that support high performance environments that enable our people to thrive.
In this newly created position, you will lead the disperse team of specialists with authenticity and engender a culture of collaboration and achievement.

The role is based in Parramatta and will have frequent inter and intrastate travel, in particular during the onboarding stage.
This is a full-time position and will be offered as a 3-year term contract with annual review and the opportunity to extend on successful performance.
About You
With extensive experience in senior commercial property positions in complex environments, you will have a strategic mindset and a solutions oriented approach.
Aa a relationship-focused leader you will demonstrate success in coaching and team development, coupled with cross departmental collaboration.
With effective communication and negotiation skills you will be accomplished in building constructive external partnerships to drive longer term value in asset management strategies.
Previous experience in presenting at senior or c-suite level will be critical in your success.
