About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager – Property, Facilities and Fleet to lead a high-performing national team of 14, including five direct reports. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing NHVR’s property and fleet portfolio, including site acquisitions, leasing, facilities management, and fleet strategy. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a national strategy that ensures consistency, efficiency and long-term sustainability across our property and fleet operations. Reporting to the Director, this role involves a blend of strategic leadership and operational oversight, and includes regular interstate travel.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations will be critical to your success in this national leadership role.
