About the role
An excellent opportunity is now available for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team at the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
We are passionate about making a difference to road safety and have ambitious plans to build upon the recruitment foundations of previous years. Reporting to the Talent and Capability Lead, this position will head a small team of recruiters to provide a mix of recruitment and employee data services.

About You
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience with leading a team in recruitment or TA. As an organisationally astute thinker and with a strong track record in delivery, you will enjoy a balance of being hands-on, tactical and customer focussed.
Your background will include solid experience with ATS and HRIS systems e.g. Pageup, MS Dynamics which and a thorough understanding of the employee lifecycle and process.
With fantastic interpersonal and engagement skills, you will enjoy collaborating with business leader and can foster strong partnerships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting across operational and corporate environments at a national level will be highly regarded along with experience in using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology.
